Return Eligibility

Due to the majority of products being produced on a print-on-demand basis, we do not accept returns for non-faulty items or items ordered incorrectly.

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
• The item is faulty or damaged
• The item supplied differs from the item ordered
• An error has been made during production by Urban Planet Comms Ltd

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless the error is attributable to Urban Planet Comms Ltd.

Return Notification

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing:

• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of the fault or damage

Where a return is authorised, the item must be returned within 14 days of the return being approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or fault attributable to Urban Planet Comms Ltd.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Refunds

If the return is due to an error by Urban Planet Comms Ltd or a confirmed product fault, reasonable return shipping costs may be refunded.
