As many products are manufactured specifically upon order, Urban Planet Comms Ltd cannot accept returns for items ordered in an incorrect size unless the product supplied differs from the size ordered.

Delivery and Non-Delivery Claims

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the appointed courier service.

If a delivery is marked as completed by the courier but the customer believes the parcel has not been received, the customer must notify Urban Planet Comms Ltd within 5 days so that an investigation can be initiated with the courier.

Urban Planet Comms Ltd will assist in raising delivery investigations where appropriate but cannot guarantee replacement or refund where courier records confirm successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are accurate at the time of ordering.

Orders

When an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Urban Planet Comms Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
